WINDOW REPLACEMENT: Frames shall be bronze and may be aluminum or vinyl. If you choose a vinyl window, make sure it has a reinforcing bar around the perimeter since vinyl will sag eventually due to wear from sun exposure.

HARDWARE: Bronze
STORM DOOR: Single or double pane. Colors shall be white, ivory, bronze, or burgundy.
